- Execute merchandising and operational functions to meet company standards.
- Participate in product knowledge training alongside management.
- Implement merchandise presentation directives and maintain high standards.
- Assist customers with inquiries about our clients' products.
- Stay informed about all new clients acquired by the company.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service to enhance productivity and achieve sales goals.
- Acquire knowledge of marketing systems implemented at our events.
Qualifications:
- Some college or degree preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated student mentality and eagerness to learn.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Experience in retail, sales, advertising, or marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
