Field marketing includes targeted direct sales promotions, merchandising, auditing, sampling, demonstration, experiential marketing, organizing tradeshows, and events. The fit candidate shall have exceptional communication skills, be efficient, confident and extremely personable. The Field Marketing specialist affords each potential client the opportunity to enroll with the MLTC of their choice while acting as the liaison between MLTC and our internal teams to communicate and provide status on the client’s enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

• Engages in superior customer service
• Has an ambitious personality and will stay persistent and focused even when the market faces down
• Will engage with the target marketing and sell to them accordingly
• Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
• Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines

• The ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent customer service, having empathy and patience in working for the elderly population
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and must be flexible
• Optimistic, energetic, outgoing with great energy
• Work in an extremely fast-paced environment

• Microsoft Office (Preferred)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
