Marketer/Community Relations Representative

Stillwater Hospice is currently looking for a full-time Marketer/Community Relations Liaison.

Qualifications include but not limited to:

Experience in managing aspects of marketing in the area preferred. Agency provides hospice care services. Understanding how to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responds to customer requests and concerns. Demonstrates good communication skills, negotiating skills and public relation skills, demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for positive growth for agency in delivering exceptional end-of-life care. Community liaison should develop and maintain relationships with community organizations. Ensures consistent work behavior. Builds appropriate and meaningful relationships. Works with the Interdisciplinary team in providing seamless end of life care. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of agencies market including key referral sources and positioning opportunities. Maintains comprehensive knowledge in the field of marketing and shares appropriate information with organizational personnel. Continuously conducts market assessment and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet projections. Executes marketing promotional initiatives to achieve projections.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
