A Market Research Associate is responsible for supporting to senior marketing staff as the executive marketing researcher and analyzing the market/industry. Their duties include handling interdepartmental communications, Operating and management of consumer platforms to obtain marketing insights, formation and maintenance of relationships with various stakeholders, preparing data reports in a clear format and conducting Market Research to predict market/product/consumer trends, and measuring marketing impact.

A Market Research Associate is responsible for supporting to senior marketing staff as the executive marketing researcher and analyzing the market/industry. Their duties include handling interdepartmental communications, Operating and management of consumer platforms to obtain marketing insights, formation and maintenance of relationships with various stakeholders, preparing data reports in a clear format and conducting Market Research to predict market/product/consumer trends, and measuring marketing impact.
What you will do

• Development and Operation and management of consumer insight platform to obtain marketing insights.
• Conduct Market Research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience. May present research results and recommendations to the upper management team to help their decision-making.
• Formation and maintenance of relationships with various stakeholders such as experts, business owners, con-sumers, salesmen, vendors, community influencers to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
• Assist in executing for current and new products in Markets as well as in developing marketing programs to promote products
• Monitoring SNS, market trend, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
• Maintain and update marketing content to ensure that the information is accurate, up-to-date, well organized, and easily accessible to existing and potential customers.
• Support for strategic market segments, related to current and potential customers, and competitors.
• Support the build and further success of B2B marketing operations.
• Support company vision by developing brand strategies to best reflect both the company and customer desires.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as PU, UI/UX, other marketing professionals, etc.
• Assists with special projects, as needed and if able. (Ex: projects with team leader or participating in product videos)

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Business management or marketing related majors preferred. Preferred and
• 1-3 years Marketing/Public relations or Market research related job Preferred
• less than 1 year Beauty company experiences Preferred
• Requires strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills. (High proficiency)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills. (High proficiency)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) (High proficiency)
• Strong relationship building skills (High proficiency)

The anticipated compensation range is
19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
