Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Marine Electricians for projects located in and around Fall River, MA . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $25/hour based on experience plus $120/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Installation, Integration and Testing of Electrical Systems on Fully Aluminum Crew Transport Vessels During the Construction Phase
System, Design, and Implementation of Electrical Systems to include Power Distribution, Lighting, Communication Systems and Navigation Equipment
Tight Space Installation of Wiring Components and Other Electrical Elements
Quality Assurance; Conduct Thorough Inspections to Ensure the Quality and Compliance of Electrical Installations
Identify and Address any Issues
Coordinate with other Construction Teams to Ensure Seamless Integration of Electrical Systems
Problem Solving and Modifications as Needed
Document and Maintain Detailed Records of Electrical Construction Activities, Modifications, and Specifications
Testing and Commissioning
Requirements:
Proven Experience as a Marine Electrician with a Focus on Electrical Systems Construction for Marine Vessels
In Depth Knowledge of Marine Electrical Systems
Familiarity with Relevant Regulations and Standards Governing the Construction of Marine Electrical Systems During the Construction Process
Excellent Communication and Teamwork Skills
Able to Read Vessel Specifications
Able to Navigate and Work Efficiently in Tight Spaces within the Vessels
Willing to Work Flexible Hours
