Summary: Accommodates hotel and marina guests by performing the following duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, as well as any other duties that may be assigned

• Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor
• Paints interior and exterior walls, trim or equipment
• Shows and rents or assigns boat slips
• Resolves occupants' complaints
• Delivers mail and packages and answers inquiries concerning travel routes, recreational facilities, scenic attractions, and eating establishments
• Cleans public areas such as restrooms, common areas, laundry rooms and picnic areas
• Rents equipment such as paddle boats, kayaks, and pontoon boats and coordinates recreational activities of patrons
• Sells ice other sundry items
• Cleans bottom and sides of pool, removed leaves and cleans filter system
• Moves and arranges outdoor furniture
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills
• Replenishes supplies
• Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies
• Performs outdoor clean up such as pulling weeds, raking leaves, planting, and picking up debris and smoking areas
• Empties trash cans and transports trash for weekly pickups
• Replaces light bulbs
• Installs or assembles equipment according to layout plans
• Cleans internal areas of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping and organizing
• Cleans work area, tools, and equipment
• May operate a company vehicle for pick up or delivery (pending a valid driver license and motor vehicle report)
