Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Our Onco360 has an immediate need for a Margin Specialist. Remote Opportunity!

In this role, you will act as an internal consultant and lead Pharmacy Operations performance and service improvement efforts by using superior analytical skills and logic to analyze business problems, develop solutions, present recommendations to senior leadership, and then ensure that approved proposals are implemented and yield promoted value. This role’s scope encompasses driving a variety of benefits for Onco360 including improvements to service, quality, and efficiency
Margin Specialist Responsibilities...
  • Provide support for the Specialty pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment operations across the Specialty pharmacy network. You will engage in business improvement and sustainability, cost reduction projects and process flow optimization.
  • Collaborating with internal and external operational, business and technical teams in the process of managing activities associated with balancing volumes in multiple facilities and maximizing profitability.
  • Responsible for the daily oversight of the negative margin process to ensure the business maintains a healthy probability
  • Identify brand to generic conversion opportunities to enhance probability and minimize copay costs to patients
  • Ensure regularity compliance to state licensure regulations to governmental standards
  • Conduct analysis and consult business leadership and partners on findings and insights. Present and communicate findings to recommend changes to senior management.
  • Identify problem areas with effective follow through to quickly address the root causes and coordinate activities with cross functional team members from Operations, IT, Finance and Procurement/Corporate Inventory.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
  • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Margin Specialist Qualifications...
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • BA/BS Degree desired
  • 3+ years in the pharmacy field with Specialty Pharmacy focus
  • Desired: 7+ years’ experience in working in a professional services environment with internal client / stakeholder management, analytical skills, and issue resolution / management.
  • Required: Superior analytical skills, quantitative skills, logic, and problem-solving skills
  • Desired: Lean/Six Sigma Professional with a solid background
  • Required: Licensed as a certified pharmacy technician
  • Desired: RPh or PharmD
