We are looking for hard-working and eager individuals to join our client’s team of Warehouse Production Worker located in Canonsburg, PA. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are looking to start or further their career in production and manufacturing with an employer that cares.

Job Description:

• Assembling the sheet metal which is fed into a mill to bond the layers of sheets into one.
• Conditioning the sheet metal to end up perfectly flat so the machines can stamp out discs ("blanks") out of the sheets.
• Forming - Running hydraulic presses to form the product.
• Running hilite machines to condition the lip/rim/interior of the product.
• Inspecting the rough form of the product to identify any marks or defects and rework the pieces if needed.
• Finishing - Operating large buffing machines to polish products.
• Dry hilting the product pieces.
• Feeding the pieces onto a conveyor that conditions the exterior of the product.
• Assembly - Folding cardboard to create boxes.
• Riveting on the handles of the pots/pans.
• Inspecting and bagging up the products.
• Packing and stacking the boxes onto skids in specific order

(Most of our labor jobs require minimal lifting and frequent manual handling of material and product. Not all of our laborers run machinery, but if so you will receive on-the-job training on proper and accurate set-ups/adjustments for the settings on the machinery.)

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be available to work overtime which is occasional but mandatory. (it is announced prior to the week that the overtime is scheduled.)
• Must be able to clear a 7 year lenient background check.
• Must be able to clear a 10 panel mouth swab drug screening.
• Must be able to clear a physical.

Schedule:

• Currently we are working a total of 48 hours.
• You have the option to work 4 - 10 hour shifts with 8 hours on Friday totaling 48 hours.
• Or you can work 6 - 8 hour shifts Monday - Saturday totaling 48 hours.
• 1st shift & 2nd shift will rotate each week. You will work the 1st shift one week and the following week you will work the 2nd shift with a .30/hr. differential.
• The Midnight shift does not rotate.

Hours:1st shift hours:7:00 am - 3:00 pm - or 5:00 am - 3:00 pm $19.00/hr.

2nd shift hours:3:00 pm -11:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 1:00 am $19.30/hr.

3rd shift hours: 11:00pm - 7:00 am - or 9:00 pm - 7:00 am. $19.40/hr.

Pay:$19.00- $19.40/hr.
