Position Summary
A Manufacturing Warehouse Associate is responsible for helping assemble and prepare products for shipment. Their responsibilities include placing materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, packaging finished products, organizing them for shipment, receiving goods, and conducting maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Performs assembly and production work.
- Safely operates mechanical tools and production machinery.
- Operates forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Regularly conducts maintenance to machinery and mechanical devices.
- Fills, caps, seals, and packages bottles into boxes.
- Labels bottles and packages as assigned.
- Prints and applies labels to pallets.
- Follows all quality control (QC) requirements.
- Logs data into spreadsheets.
- Wraps, secures, and stages goods for shipment.
- Receives, handles, moves, and stores products in the warehouse.
- Uses an RF scanner to follow work orders.
- Loads and unloads freight trucks.
- Disposes of waste and transport dunnage.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
- Follows health and safety standards and protocols.
- Carries out general warehouse tasks on time.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.

Other Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- 1+ years of experience operating forklifts. Certification preferred.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must be willing to learn and open to cross-training.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (e.g., add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Knows how to use warehouse equipment (e.g., manual and electric power tools, conveyors., stretch wraps, PPE, power tools, and others).
- Proficient in processing and spreadsheet software.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Must have reliable means of transportation for daily work commute.
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods standing at the production line, heavy lifting, and/or sitting on forklifts.
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, climbing stairs and ladders, and carrying boxes.
- Must be able to lift to 75lbs at a time.
