The Headlines:
In the role of Manufacturing Technician working in Golden, CO you will provide mechanical maintenance support utilizing CBM practices, including maintenance best practices. This role is also responsible for identifying cost saving efforts such as compressed air audits and breakdown elimination using predictive maintenance practices.
The Responsibilities:

• Evaluate data and analyzes machines using Vibration Analysis equipment. Selected candidate must acquire minimum Vibration Analyst CAT 1 certification within 1 year.
• Provide technical support to the Manufacturing Tech's, Plant Engineering and Contractors for baseline and capital projects
• Lead or participate in RCM analysis or application of other methodologies to develop equipment maintenance strategies
• Lead and assist team on day to day tasks, making sure all work is completed safely and in a timely manner

The Other Qualifications:

• High School/GED equivalent, required. Associates Level Degree or above, preferred.
• Must be able to perform critical alignments of equipment
• Will be required to perform fan balancing and prep equipment for installations using maintenance best practices.
• Must be proficient using thermography, acoustic imaging and ultrasound techniques
• QEW certified preferred
• Welding certification preferred
