Job Title: Manufacturing Technician A Job Location: Londonderry, NH Job Code: CS20231611-108238 This position is eligible for 10% shift differential. Job Description: The Manufacturing Technician assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements. Essential Responsibilities: Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Work with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesives Complete fine/complex assemblies with small components and apply bond/adhesives potentially with use of a microscope Make fine adjustments while simultaneously monitoring computer/screen output of unit results Operate complex active alignment stations and tooling Use, read, and interpret oscilloscopes and other measurement devices/tools Working knowledge of electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies Perform basic computer activities with programs provided Identify, utilize, and perform preventive maintenance on tools and test equipment as required Demonstrate comprehension of engineering prints and schematics. Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and obtains quality inspection when appropriate Support Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures Apply considerable math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Preferred Qualifications: 1-2+ years related experience or equivalent technical education/background Moderate computer skills required (Excel, Word); LabView user interface a plus Demonstrated ability to complete 1-3 operations within a given work cell Teamwork - Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; contributes to building a positive team spirit; accepts feedback from others; asks for and offers help when needed Conflict Resolution - Maintains emotional control and interacts with others in a professional and respectful manner Change Management - Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal The salary range for this role is $35,500 - $66,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
