About the Job
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for using developed work processes and procedures to manufacture our LED displays. They will work diligently to assure that all products are manufactured with integrity and free of error. They will work alongside the manufacturing team, as a whole, to meet production goals.
The schedule for the Manufacturing Technician is Monday - Thursday from 7A-5P with one paid 30-minute meal break.
Job Duties
Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement
Assemble and manufacture products in conformance to quality requirements using hand tools, power tools and high-speed automation equipment across one or more work cells
Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and processes
Support inventory management by performing accurate and timely inventory transactions in the ERP system and notifying Purchasing when parts reach visual reorder points on the floor
Support the 5S Program by ensuring that your work cell is in compliance with the standardized layout
Follow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when observed
Align performance to assigned KPI goals individually and for your Team
Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1 year of manufacturing experience
Ability to be trained in specific skill sets as needed (e.g. soldering, electronic assembly, machining, injection molding)
Flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells as needed
Self-motivated
Physical Requirements
Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 100lbs. Be able to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to stand for the duration of shift
Close visual focus required
