Job Summary
This 3rd Shift position is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and support of bargaining unit employees in rotation groups with team leaders in the manufacturing assembly, fabrication, distribution, and/or development of motorcycles or motorcycle component parts. The role supports rotation groups to achieve department metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and sustainability. The supervisor is a key link in the help chain for the rotation groups and team leaders. The primary responsibility is to provide mentoring, resources, tools, and direction needed for the value adders to be as effective and efficient as possible. The majority of time is spent on the shop floor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support bargaining unit employees in rotation groups.
- Work closely with team leaders in manufacturing assembly, fabrication, distribution, and development.
- Ensure department metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and sustainability are achieved.
- Provide mentoring, resources, tools, and direction for value adders.
- Spend the majority of time on the shop floor, providing hands-on support.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move about the shop floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
