The role of Shift Coordinator is an on-shift support role within the Manufacturing Department. They are responsible for the coordination and training of employees on the shift while supporting the business as needed. This support can be in the form of leading the shift in the absence of an FLL, performing batch related tasks, reviewing/updating SOPs and training material.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Assist the First Line Leaders (FLL) in managing daily operation
  • Understand and comply with all pertinent SOPs, WIs, Forms, Batch Documentation and GMP guidelines.
  • Participate in efforts to consistently reduce waste.
  • Understand and seek continuous improvement of the business needs.
  • Capable of leading the shift in the absence of FLL
  • Innovative and proactive in their decision-making process
  • Advanced level of SAP knowledge to resolve reconciliation issues, maintain inventory within the MFG area
  • Being an Area Owner, maintain specified area and GPS principles
  • Role modeling the expected behaviors and standards for all staff in the area

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1+ years recent/consistent experience as a Compounder, Dispensary Technician

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Able to effectively communicate and work with Co-Workers, Management and other departments
  • Ability to wear respiratory protection to perform specific tasks
  • Ability to routinely lift 55 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to operator electric pallet jack and RICO tote movers
  • Demonstrated computer skills (Data entry, email, file access, Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Confident in the use of basic math calculations, percentages, fractions and decimal notation
  • Familiar with difference measurement schemes (e.g. Kilograms vs pounds)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as needed to support the business.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures to successfully train others and share knowledge of ways of working
  • Ability to multi-task and create various ways of training/knowledge shares

Salary Range: $59,710 - $70,300
