Job Summary:
This is a customer-facing position with growth potential and career advancement within the Center of Excellence in the area of Business Performance Improvement consulting. As the Manufacturing Scheduling Consultant, you will have the opportunity to use and expand the skills developed through your education and/or professional experience. You will become a member of a dynamic team with other high-energy professionals to help our customers deploy Protective Flow Manufacturing (PFM) as part of our efforts to transform their businesses. You should have a passion for manufacturing, technology, and an interest in solving real customer problems. And you will have an opportunity to collaborate with your manager, teammates, and other members in the organization to help you achieve personal, project, and organizational objectives.
As a Manufacturing Scheduling Consultant within the Center of Excellence, you will work with our customers to help improve key performance measurements while making recommendations on products, services, and techniques, as well as helping to identify opportunities for efficiency gains through process improvement, automation, and Lean techniques to help improve their overall business performance. You will also have direct responsibility for supporting PFM software implementation, shop floor improvements and other business needs.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong presentation, training, and communication Provide PFM Scheduling Software Training and knowledge transfer to clientResolve all project issues in a timely manner to keep the project on trackAbility to excel as a team player with strong organizational, project management skills, and the capacity to multi-taskCritical thinking and ability to think on your feetStrong troubleshooting and analytical critical thinking skills Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goalsAbility to train and provide consultation to individuals with varying skill setsFamiliarity with SQL and SQL Reporting tools is a benefitProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Proficiency with video conferencing software like Microsoft Team, GoTo Meeting, or ZoomEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in engineering or business or equivalent experienceMinor in Information Systems or Education/Teaching is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with direct involvement in process definition and/or data reporting 2-4 years direct hands-on experience with ERP and /or Scheduling software Prior consulting or customer facing experience a plus. REQUIREMENTS: Primarily a remote position but the ability to travel up to 10%, within the USA is required. Must be legally eligible to work in the USA on a permanent basis without sponsorship. $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 Annually
