Manufacturing Operator (Pharmaceutical Company) 2nd shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday, availability to work Saturdays

Must be available to work Mid or Second shift 12PM-8/ 2:30-11PM

$18-$23 depending on experience

Job Description

• Perform a variety of manufacturing and packaging tasks involving the processing of pharmaceutical products (Coding, Packaging, Lamination, Slitting, Dispensing, Blending, granulation, compression)
• Perform the documentation (logbooks, batch records, and quality control documentation) required for all the manufacturing equipment's operation/ cleaning/ setup including label/tag for respecting manufacturing
• Assemble and disassemble, and clean equipment used for manufacturing in accordance with the applicable GMP procedure to ensure proper operation and cleanliness of the equipment.
• Verify the correctness of all raw materials and components against the appropriate issue document to ensure that the correct materials are used during manufacturing processes.
• Accurate weight and blend various ingredients including active ingredients
• Operate scales/ measuring devices for batch record documentation

Requirements

• Great attention to detail
• Ability to speak, read and write ( clearly so others will understand) in English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately
• Computer skills is a must
• Previous work experience in a fast- paced GMP/ FDA regulated environment or relatable industry.
• Follow and understand all GMP guidelines for ensure products are produced as per quality standards
• Must pass a drug test and have a clean background
• Able to physically perform job functions (reach, stand, sit, and walk) frequently and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, crouch, climb, or balance, kneel. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
