Manufacturing Operations Manager

Join our credible team as a Manufacturing Operations Manager, where your leadership, analytical aptitude, and strength for operational excellence will drive success. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating production, optimizing workflows, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Prioritize tasks using our ERP tools, ensuring seamless assembly flow.
• Collaborate with supervisors on completion timelines and troubleshoot assembly challenges.
• Review product kits, batch schedules, and part arrivals for efficient build planning.
• Coordinate with various teams, including program managers and engineering, to align on assembly timelines.
• Actively participate in ECN (engineering change notice) meetings, sharing insights impacting production with the team.
• Oversee production metrics, reporting, and inventory management for continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives focusing on matching demand with available capacity and process enhancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $102,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
