Manufacturing Office Admininistrative Assistant

• Administrative Assistant

Pay range (based on experience) is $17-$24/hour.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to;

• Handle incoming calls
• Enter purchase orders and process packing slips
• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
• Data entry and reporting through MS Excel
• Assist sales department
• Requires high attention to detail

Candidates must be comfortable in front of a computer and able to spend the majority of their day sitting at a desk.

This position will be required to work Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am-3:00 pm and Friday, 8:00 am-12:00pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

• Data entry: 3 years (Preferred)
