The Maintenance Mechanic will be reporting to the Maintenance Mechanic Team Lead. You will work onsite at our CSL Seqirus in Holly Springs, NC location in 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule. This role will be from 6am-6pm. Responsibilities:
- With support, provide technical support for validation and maintenance of production equipment, utilities and systems
- Maintain the equipment in Bulk, Filling and Packaging
- Monitor quality and system standards to ensure reliability and compliance with company standards and governmental regulatory requirements
- Verify calibration, maintenance and repair of the instruments
- Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards
- Assist with documentation for validation procedures and technical reports related to systems, products and/or processes
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training; Associate's degree in Engineering, Physical or Biological Science preferred
- 5 years' relevant experience within pharmaceutical related maintenance.
- Experience with Bulk Manufacturing equipment is a plus
- Pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred
