We are growing! It’ll Be Pizza, a frozen pizza dough manufacturing facility, is searching for production and packaging supervisors capable of leading a team on our second shift with a strong on-the-floor presence, collaboratively and creatively solving operational challenges, maintaining company employee and food safety standards, and strengthening our culture and commitment to excellence. The successful applicant will also have some supervisory experience, work schedule flexibility, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team of exceptional people. Requirements
- Supervisory Experience.
- 8 hours scheduled Monday - Friday, approximately 3:00pm to 11:30pm based on department assignment
- Food Manufacturing Experience & Mechanical Aptitude a plus.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to).
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Supervising operations and quality control checkpoints to ensure food safety, efficiency & accuracy.
- Maintaining a positive and productive relationship with all staff.
- Refining and improving operating systems.
- Effectively handling mechanical and personnel difficulties as they occur.
- Following proper sanitation procedures.
- Completing daily tasks related to food safety programs.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred).
Work authorization:
- United States (Required).

It’ll Be Pizza is a dough manufacturing facility in Scarborough, Maine. The company started in 2000 and has grown to employing over 60 employees. It’ll Be Pizza makes numerous flavored pizza doughs along with par-baked shells, flatbreads and a Gluten Free division. Our products are sold nationally through our wholesale distribution partners and retail supermarket accounts.
