Job Family Definition:

Works independently and with engineers in the development and improvement of the manufacturing process. Collects and analyzes data relating to the manufacturing process and/or manufacturing equipment. Reads and interprets plans and schematics relating to the manufacturing process. Supports factory equipment and its related processes. Maintains related documentation and incorporates changes throughout the manufacturing systems. Programs/debugs manufacturing equipment as needed. May conduct training classes relating to manufacturing equipment and procedures/processes.

Management Level Definition:

Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways. Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the cabling department. Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require initiative and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Typically provides guidance to other non-exempt employees.

Education and Experience Required:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years related experience

• May include highly experienced individuals performing higher level or equivalent work who are non-degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced knowledge and experience in the cabling of supercomputer assembly.

• Experience with cable labelling, label printers and label files.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $47,500.00 - $101,000.00
