Job Description
This position will serve as the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Manufacturing Engineering Asc. Manager for the team responsible for developing and supporting manufacturing processes for Printed Wiring Boards (PWB) or Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining work instructions and process improvements for Electronics Fabrication in these areas as well as managing overhead budgets and program related budgets. This position will be required to interface with shop management and program management. Candidate will be responsible for the development of their staff, driving collaboration across the shops and labs, and developing and executing a strategic plan for implementing business and digital transformation for the printed wiring board operations in the Dallas Electrical shop.

Basic Qualifications
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess or be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Demonstrated effective team leadership in planning and execution or process improvements and technical solutions
- Demonstrated skills to build, manage, motivate, and collaborate with high performance problem solving teams.
- Experience with budget and schedule
management
- Strong electronics and electro-mechanical technical background
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and knowledge of GD&T
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work across programs, functions and sites.
Desired skills
- Background in in Electronics Fabrication of advanced and complex PCB and PWB.
- Experience with electronics failure analysis methods and equipment.
- Process and product development experience
- Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) for electronics
- Deep Understanding of lean six sigma tools, SAP, PRX, MRP, and MES systems, quality systems and work instruction control systems.
- Experience with developing and managing Capital equipment requests and budgets
- Self motivated full spectrum individual with strong desire to demonstrate outstanding performance.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $95,900 - $183,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $110,300 - $207,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
