SalaryJob Purpose: Directly responsible to develop setups and programs in multi axis CNC equipment to machine parts using CAM and Machine Code.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop robust manufacturing processes for new products
- Create robust manufacturing processes by developing innovative and unconventional tooling & fixturing strategies and leveraging advanced CAD/CAM software and machine code to efficiently utilize Multi Axis Mill-Turn centers.
- Assist General Shop Production Personnel in a variety of challenges.
Requirements:
- Associates or Undergraduate degree in engineering or similar technical education .
- 5 years or more of experience in CNC machine operation and programming .
- 5 years or more of experience in manual machining .
- Proficiency in creating work procedures.
- Proficiency in solid works or equivalent CAD system required .
- Proficiency in GIBBS or equivalent CAM system required .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
