PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To provide proactive Customer Service support for in-house Sales Coordinators.

SPECIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION:
- Minimum education required: High School Education
- Minimum experience required: Independent judgement. Requires a knowledge of products, customers and the computer system. Ability to convert unit measures and metric conversions. Pleasant and professional telephone voice and manner. Ability to operate simple office equipment to sufficiently perform the job.
