We count on you for:
- Act as site change agent and create a mindset of Continuous Improvement
- Responsible for preparation and execution of sustaining capital & Manufacturing Excellence projects
- and minor property items;
- Works jointly with process/production/design engineers in defining the scope of projects;
- Responsible for project cost estimates and coordinating project design and installation activities.
- Develop and execute Continuous Improvement proposals
- Design, manage, complete implementation plans with cross functional teams
Design and develop systems, programs, processes, SOP’s, tools in coherence with
implementation plan
You will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Experience planning, execution, and monitoring capital and manufacturing excellence projects
- Minimum of 7 years of operational technical knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of SAP maintenance systems
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Effective organizer of work and resources
You will get:
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $103,360 to $149,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
