We are looking for a production associate with a strong work ethic to work in a manufacturing environment as an assembler, calibrator or machine operator. The starting salary is Up to $20 per hour depending on experience, with annual performance reviews. Clean, quiet, air-conditioned environment.
- Full-time hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.
- Part-time hours: Flexible hours between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly of sensors and sub-assemblies. Examples: wire/cable cutting and prepping, sensor splicing, packaging, hand assembly using automated screw driving systems, labeling, sensor testing, pc board cutting and taping.
- Follow defined assembly, testing and calibration procedures.
- Operate pem-insertion machine, spin-closing machine or solder machine.
Skill and Qualification Requirements:
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- No experience necessary - we will train for all positions
- Able to meet hourly and daily productivity quotas
- Understand the importance of meeting quality standards
