Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to manage and execute weekly orders with precision and efficiency. This role involves coordinating with the internal warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and handling large quantities of stock and private label items for distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to ensure the completion of orders within the set deadlines.
- Uphold a clean and hazard-free workspace to minimize accidents.
- Safely load and unload merchandise, ensuring efficient operations.
- Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts for stock merchandise preparation and shipping.
- Support the company in fulfilling all orders at least one week ahead of the deadline.
- Employ safe lifting techniques and procedures for the effective loading and unloading of products.
- Stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and openness to constructive feedback.
- Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a warehouse environment (Preferred).
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work the designated schedule.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently.
