Role
As a Manufacturing Associate (also known as Production Associate, Manufacturing Assistant), you'll be an integral part of the production process, from initial product vision to quality assurance testing. You'll handle all facets of your work with precision and accuracy, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement efforts and implement LEAN manufacturing principles.

- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment OR an Associates degree and/or military service is preferred.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, with potential for overtime as needed.
- Experience with root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and implementing LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, bend, squat, climb occasionally, use hands to grab, grasp, pull, lift to shoulder height, pull and push. Must be able to consistently lift and/or move at least 80 pounds.
