With a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, plus a shift differential, you'll be able to jump-start or enhance your career with our comprehensive training and development program.

While previous work experience in Lean Principles or World Class Manufacturing is a plus, it's not required. All you need is a high school diploma or GED, a strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
