Objective:
The Assembler is responsible for working on various stages of the production line to include assembly by hand, sharpening, sanding, edging, cleaning and packaging the product. Previous assembly experience is a plus, but the team is prepared to train from the ground up!
The Assembler is responsible for working on various stages of the production line to include assembly by hand, sharpening, sanding, edging, cleaning and packaging the product. Previous assembly experience is a plus, but the team is prepared to train from the ground up!
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Handling small parts and assembling product in a quick and accurate manner
- Using hand tools, hydraulic presses, grinding wheels, and other machinery necessary to assemble the product
- Meeting cycle time standards to ensure that product is completed to meet the next stage of assembly
- Identifying quality defects
- Other duties as required by the job
Assembler Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Production, Assembly or a related field is preferred but not necessarily required
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day when working
Shift:1st Shift / 4×10's: Monday – Thursday; 5:30am – 4:00pm; mandatory overtime every other Friday.
Wage: $16.00-$18.50/hr. depending on experience
