Manufacturing Assembler I (1st and 2nd Shifts)

Pay Rate $20.74 -$24.07 per hour

First Shift Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm

Second Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm *12% pay differential for working second shift*

Responsibilities:

· Make sure to finish all products on time.

· Perform mechanical assembly of PBS disposable products and sub-assembled products following the company procedures as well as the guidance of the Engineering team.

· Test assembly product and sub-assembly.

· Communicate manufacturing problems or ideas for operation efficiency improvement with management.

· Keep accurate records of product produced and finish appropriate paperwork of operations related to manufacturing.

· Learn all PBS assembly products and procedures.

· Flexible to any change as need it.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Manufacturing experience, documentation knowledge, communication.

Knowledge/ Experience:

· Assembly Experience (not necessarily in clean rooms) minimum two years

· Detail Oriented

· Motivated

· Responsible

· Assembly and paperwork experience

Skills/ Abilities Pertinent to, This Position:
Work well with all operators and knowledge of work orders and procedures procedure.

Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small for long periods of time. Color vision may be required if your company makes electrical and electronic products that include color-coded wiring.
