Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the management of all Family Law cases including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division specific to Nevada law.
• Formulate strategies to attract and retain new clients, thereby expanding the firm's footprint in the Las Vegas area.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Family Law attorneys, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Represent clients in Nevada courts with professionalism and strategic acumen.
• Conduct thorough legal research, prepare detailed legal documents, and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Maintain current knowledge of changes and developments in Family Law within Nevada.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Family Law, with significant trial experience.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
