Job description
As the manager for your Line of Business/es, you will play a key role coordinating your team to generate Service Demand forecasts in close collaboration with Service Supply Chain teams. You will be responsible in making sure that the forecast is shared with partners from various functions in an accurate and timely manner, including to the leadership team. To be successful, you will have a good understanding of various forecasting approaches, systems and drivers of forecast accuracy. Ensuring a robust review process to identify areas of risk and proactive mitigation of those, while retaining consistency will be key to retaining partner trust. You will need to challenge/validate forecast creation to optimize overall accuracy/usability of the demand signal for a multitude of partners.Given the broad scope of the Demand planning organization, strong analytical skills and comfort with systems is essential to manage the scale of our operations and you would need a high degree of attention to detail as well as the desire to keep improving processes and systems across various cross-functional teams.In this role, you’ll manage the operational processes of the team, set project priorities, drive improvements, and provide both functional and developmental mentorship to the team.
