Bachelor's in Engineering / Master's in Business Administration / Chartered Accountant / Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce or equivalent industry experience

  We are currently looking for a WMS Supply Chain Consultant with Manhattan Associates Experience.
  
• L2, L3 support for MAWM, LM, SCI
• Research issues and provide root cause analysis
• Co-ordinate with offshore, conduct handshake meetings, direct tasks to be completed overnight for next day delivery.
• Adhere to SLAs for P1, P2, P3, P4 issues
• Provide weekly status report to client and key stakeholders
• Reduce tickets and enhance productivity by creating new tools or with process efficiencies.
• Participate in business development activities such as responding to RFPs, ticket analysis, slide deck preparation, client orals, etc
• Motivate team and hold them to high levels of performance standards.
• Set goals for team members in line with organizational goals, evaluate them during quarterly appraisal process, and provide constructive feedback.
• Work with manager to set up goals for self and deliver on the goals.

1) Design, configure, implement Manhattan Associates Active Warehouse Management (MAWM), Labor Management (LM), Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) as well as provide Hypercare and Post production steady state support for these applications.
2) 10+ years of Supply Chain and WMS experience.
3) 8+ years of Manhattan Associates experience.
