To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Automotive knowledge is a plus not a requirement
- Knowledge of retail math and the ability to analyze sales data
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
