We are currently seeking a highly motivated Manager - Software Engineering to deliver best-in-class technological expertise in order to improve patient outcomes, increase access to healthcare, and make the US healthcare system more efficient. With over a million managed lives across the country and terabytes of data generated, our software and applications need to be cutting-edge, efficient, and aligned with our core values of improving patient outcomes and empowering our providers.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of developers to build a highly impactful software
- Maintain and apply strong understanding of business practices to effectively fulfill responsibilities while working on multiple high-priority tasks
- Mentor and guide a team to achieve high standards of quality and productivity
- Grow a culture of code quality, ownership and continuous learning
- Coach and help engineers achieve career goals
- Participate in scrum agile development process
- Drive technical innovation and build scalable, flexible, and maintainable architectures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, or related experience
- At least five (5) years of professional experience working as a software engineer
- One (1) year of experience supervising a team of software engineers

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is based remotely in the U.S.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $160,000.00 - $185,000.00. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
