THE JOB:
As the Security Manager, you will take center stage in ensuring the safety and security of our exceptional team and guests. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and safety while creating WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage day-to-day security operations, including schedules, assignments, and station coverage
• Build and develop effective teams through hiring, training, and coaching
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws, communicating changes with the team
• Conducts thorough safety reviews and produces detailed after-action reports
• Execute strategic goals for excellent safety service and proactive guest satisfaction
• Prepares comprehensive risk assessments, showcasing a strategic and analytical approach to security planning

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Takes pride in their work

• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Exhibits two (2) years of experience in security, government, or private industry operations
