- Responsible for maximizing Petro-Canada America’s (PCA) financial returns through sales of lubricants, fluids, and greases to multiple market segments and through multiple sales channels in the Southeast U.S. market.
- Responsible for growing distributor and direct Commercial & Industrial business through implementation of the Integrated U.S. Growth Strategy
- Develop, implement and monitor sales, margin and expense plans to meet operating plan objectives; develop and implement tactical plans and pricing strategies to improve profitability
- Maximize customer share of wallet, total gross margin and profitability through stewardship of BPR processes
- Monitor competitor activity and industry performance factors/trends in order to identify and leverage areas of opportunity
- Negotiate distributor agreements, sales contracts, service provider agreements/contracts
- Key member of Distributor Advisory Board designed to find ways to grow the business
- Responsible for quality and safety protocols/standards for PCA
- Leadership; guiding and building a well-functioning and productive team in execution
