ABOUT Hermosa
Hermosa, located approximately 75 miles south-east of Tucson, Arizona, is the only advanced mining project in the United States as of 2023 that could produce two federally designated critical minerals-manganese and zinc-as well as silver and lead. The project has the potential to help power the nation's clean energy future, strengthen the domestic supply chain of critical minerals, grow the local economy, and improve lives in Santa Cruz County and the surrounding community for generations to come.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a (Permanent) position from (Tucson, Az)
As the (Manager Project Integration), you will be responsible for developing the interface management plan and creating the processes to implement and control interfaces. This role will lead management operating systems (MOS) and business routines to ensure project excellence and a sustainable project, supporting the Hermosa Project Director.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

• Leads and facilitates the Hermosa Project Execution MOS for the project and owns the supporting data to ensure single source of truth;
• Develops and manages key business processes
• Sets cadence for MOS meetings and deliverables
• Works with project teams to ensure agreed targets are achieved
• Ensure execution RACIs are followed
• Ensure issues and opportunities are raised and actions tracked
• Ensure project integrated master schedule adherence
• Establish and monitor points of accountability for interface management for the project leadership team
• Identify interface issues between project team and contractors and establish and monitor corrective actions
• Ensure Risk Controls are followed and lessons learned are documented and actioned
• Communicate with QA/QC management to ensure full compliance

About You
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Bachelor of Science degree; technical degree or business preferred
• 10+ years of experience in capital projects, mining and/or technical disciplines
• Extensive capital project experience, a full understanding of project delivery disciplines, and phases of a capital project
• Front-end loading, detailed design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations
