The Opportunity
Derivative Path is hiring an experienced Professional Services Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role you will be the face of the company and primary point of contact for clients when leading and managing the implementation of our front-to-back derivatives platform. You will be responsible for establishing strong client relationships during implementation phases and ongoing support preceding engagement transition to the client success team. You should have prior experience with client management, driving end-to-end implementation processes, managing project resources, and providing post-implementation support as required. The ideal candidate will be able to lead complex projects with limited supervision.
What You'll Do
- 3+ years of experience working on capital markets trading system implementation projects (especially for OTC derivatives) including trade capture, valuation reconciliations, reference data setup, client reporting solution configurations, and development of operations management processes.
- Experience preparing business requirements for use by product and engineering teams.
- Strong project management skills (including full implementation lifecycles) and familiarity with project planning tools like GUIDEcx.
- Experience performing complex data analyses using extracts from databases and tools like Excel.
- Ability to work with internal sales and product teams on client solution definition.
- Experience creating test plans (functional and regression) and implementation task documentation.
- Familiarity with client engagement contract fundamentals.
- Interest in development of client onboarding efficiency tools and processes
- Ability to appropriately shift focus during intraday task priorities change.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to mentor junior staff.
- Educational background in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields a plus.

The expected salary for this position is $140,000-$160,000. When determining your pay, we will consider your skills and experience.
