A Brief Overview

  • Provides Portfolio Management activities across the Population Health Products and Services portfolio

  • Responsible for business forecasting and modeling activities, monthly product reviews, reporting and analysis, and business planning

  • Identifies and enhances processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business

  • Responsible for content creation for leadership reviews, stakeholder meetings, and internal resources to convey product value, vision, and direction

  • Supports product strategy, market opportunity identification and trends to support portfolio growth goals

  • Supports the formulation, implementation, and milestone tracking for product plans


What you will do

  • Conducts business forecasting and modeling activities, monthly product reviews, and reporting and analysis

  • Establishes business case and financial model development for product strategies

  • Content creation for stakeholder meetings, leadership reviews, and internal resources to convey product value, vision, and direction

  • Translates product strategy and vision into a compelling story to share with clients, stakeholders and senior leaders

  • Ensures product strategies are articulated in a compelling manner customized for different stakeholders including laying out facts / data in easily digestible format and drawing clear conclusions

  • Coordinates critical activities with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, HR, and sales to ensure business activities are enabled and optimized.

  • Manages research, collection, analysis, and compilation of data and information to support business and strategic planning

  • Works with key stakeholders to support portfolio growth opportunities and strategic priorities

  • Supports market research, industry analysis, feedback and insight collection in support of product development initiatives

  • Supports idea generation, solution ideation and conceptualization for product visions for the development of innovative solutions and solution enhancement

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Consulting, or related field

  • Experience in health care related field

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications, or similar application suites

  • Experience and mastery of content creation using PowerPoint and mastery in written communication

  • Experience and mastery in forecasting and model development using Excel (or similar platform)

  • Advanced ability to manipulate data, understand patterns, and draw conclusions in a hypothesis driven approach

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and make large scale programmatic recommendations

  • Track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork

  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

  • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills

  • Intrinsically motivated to drive continuous process improvement and optimize products and services

Education:

Bachelor's degree and/or related work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
