You will be part of an exciting, newly established team with the ambition to turn People Experience into a competitive advantage. The vision is to enable the most inclusive, innovative, and inspiring People Experience to create the beauty that moves the world. This team will bring to life the people-first principles throughout our employee’s entire experience from recruitment through becoming an alumni. The team will seek to improve people’s effectiveness/engagement/enablement, well-being and acculturation through augmented listening and Augmented Journeys. The team will serve as a boost of collective intelligence to trigger action that transforms L'Oréal USA to be a people-first organization.

 Job requirements:

Ownership of elements of the employee journey with an employee-centric lens focusing on:

  • Celebrating and creating meaningful Key Moments that matter. For example, help to streamline and develop the best possible onboarding for L’USA employees

  • Proactively seek ways to incorporate tech and digital ways with future of workplace in mind

  • Understanding and identifying opportunities for employees through data-centric mindset

  • Act as an integrator across cross-functional partners within HR as well as across the business by creating a movement for change for holistic employee experience including, but not limited to DEI, Corporate Communications, Ethics, Sustainability, General Services  

  • Support implementation and adoption across the group of the above programs

  • Design the Journey on multiple personae (each function, division, métier, and site for L’Oreal is key)

  • Co-create the global People Experience roadmap as the US pilot team for this new function.

  • Support and enable the transformation of the role of HR generalist and BEST HR team

  • Ongoing assessment of areas of opportunities for future evolution

  • Create unique layer of location-based experience, i.e., beyond function/division + location even if field-based

  • Support globally led initiatives that fuels employee connection and engagement

    What We Are Looking For:

    Required Qualifications:

  • B.A/ B.S Degree Required

  • 4+ years of work Experience

  • Strong cross-functional partnership, dynamic across populations

  • Must have strong project management experience implementing change across organizations

  • Strategic thinker with the balance of creativity for innovation and execution with excellence

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong storyteller and public speaker with effective presentation and PowerPoint skills

  • Strong appreciation and appropriate usage of data for all pilots to be considered to scale 

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Organization savvy (Design thinking, journey/personae, influencing)  

  • Agility and curiosity to be able to execute and operate in test and learn spaces to allow for continue evolution of program.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep L’Oreal culture understanding

  • Experience in Center of Excellence managing various stakeholders

  • Experience implementing organizational wide change / transformation

    What’s In It For You:

  • Salary Range : $100,400 - $143,000. The Actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
