Company DescriptionHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Mother and Baby to fill an opening with an acute care facility in Overland Park, KS!
Daily Responsibilities for the Manager of Mother and Baby:
- The Manager of Mother and Baby will provide leadership to nursing staff, participates in nursing initiatives, and ensures optimal patient care is being provided
- Collaborates with Physicians, and other departments to coordinate the needs of patients and their families
- Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Kansas RN license
- 3+ years of leadership experience (Charge RN/Supervisor/Manager)
- 3+ years of inpatient women services experience (NICU/L&D/Mother & Baby)
- BLS and NRP certifications upon hire
- Medical, Dental and Vision
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match

- $90,000/year - $125,000/year
