Cabell Huntington Hosptial is seeking a full-time Manager of Maintenance and Engineering for our Maintenance of Plant department.
Develop High Reliability Maintenance and Engineering programs in order to maintain the hospital facility in a safe and serviceable condition. This includes physical appearance and all MEP equipment. Maintains work order system and preventive maintenance programs that include all Life Safety and Utility management functions of the Environment of Care. Directly responsible for all regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, OHFLAC, EPA, CMS and WV State Fire Marshal. Communicate across all levels of the Marshall Health Network on all Engineering and Maintenance subject matters. Will have management oversite of Clinical Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction and Facility Maintenance.
Requirements
The kind of position-related experience includes Minimum of 5 years at the supervisor or manager level in an acute care healthcare hospital. Preferred 10 years' experience and a bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Junior College/Technical School is required
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Master Electrician is preferred
- HVAC certified is preferred
- Minimum of 5+ Years of Position-Related Experience
