The Opportunity:
We are growing fast and looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Manager of General Market (GM) Client Strategy to manage post-campaign reporting needs from End of campaign to quarterly/semi-annual reviews, as well as becoming "experts" in various verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of end-of-campaign reporting with a primary emphasis on productivity and accuracy against strict deadlines and SLAs'
- Inform leadership decision-making by creating industry leading analyses and presenting crafted data-driven insights to help optimize/ upsell for clients
- Present end-of-campaign reporting and insights in a consultative way to the client and collaborate with the Sales/AM internal
- Become a member of a high performing, highly collaborative ops/analytics team and help contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture
- Resolve issues that arise and manage client expectations on end of campaign reporting and/or ad hoc reporting
- Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to bring new ideas and industry leading reporting products to life
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create winning KPIs and account strategies
- Strong management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs and objectives
Requirements:
- Experience working with highly distributed global teams
- Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders
- Excellent data-driving storytelling skills - Narrative & deliverables (ppt deck building)
- Highly collaborative, able to work with multiple internal stakeholders
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work cross-functionally across geographies with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
