Snow removal and emergency hours are mandatory.

Position Information
- Bachelor’s degree in a Facilities, Business, or Grounds related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience operating buildings and/or exterior spaces plus supervisory/management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the campus community.
- A valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the University’s insurance carrier.
- Must be on call 24 hours to respond to emergencies.
- Master’s degree.
- Computer literacy and experience working with a computerized maintenance management system.
- Experience managing under a collective bargaining agreement.
