Manager Of Client Solutions - Remote *Fashioncareerfair: Interviews On April 18Th*

Our client is looking for a Client Solutions Manager with experience working with influencers on the agency side and supporting a beauty brand.  You will play an active role in shaping how a company engages with customers via social media, specifically TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.  Be one of the few who have already moved the needle in social media, influencer marketing, and various sectors of technology.  The ideal candidate will learn how our client executes campaigns and will work closely with their Client and Campaign Management teams to ensure scope, timelines, and processes are met.  We’re looking for team members who are eager to learn and ready to dive in headfirst.  The ideal candidate can handle multiple competing tasks on a daily basis and has a passion for beauty and skincare products.  This role is REMOTE; however, the candidate must be based in the NY metro area and be available to spend time at the client in NYC with short notice (could be same day).  The salary range is 80-105k BOE.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the workflow and completion of tasks within project management platform

• Support campaign execution teams in all aspects of planning and reporting

• Coordinate closely with Campaign Management on creator communication to ensure scope, timelines, and protocols are being met

• Act as liaison between talent and Influential to ensure deliverables and payments are organized and timely

• Perform content moderation to ensure brand safety is met for every participating influencer across all social campaigns

• Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with key stakeholders including Account Management, Performance Media, Strategy & Analytics, and Operations to track deliverables and ensure client needs are being met

• Become an expert in our client’s proprietary tech platform, organizing talent and campaign information as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of work experience in digital, online, PR or advertising environment

• Experience working with beauty brands with an emphasis in skincare products

• Interest in managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment

• Superior written and verbal communication skills with even stronger attention to detail

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment where details often change

• Knowledgeable and/or interested in all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest)

• Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office, and other general technology platforms

• You keep up with the latest trends and innovations within the world of social media

• Experience at a marketing-tech or media start-up will be viewed as a plus

• You’re passionate about social media and/or influencer marketing
