Job Description

The Manager of Multicultural, Partnerships & Experiences will be responsible for leading the creation of creative platforms, content and experiences that put the brand at the forefront of culture, while building long-term meaningful connections with the highly multicultural Gen Z audience.

This individual will have a track record of leading the creation of ideas that build the brand and drive sales/traffic. This individual knows how to get great work out of agencies and has a pulse on culture.

This role will report into a director and sit on a team that collectively owns the marketing strategy for multicultural audiences in the US, as well as major brand partnerships and experiences such as 23XI and McDonald’s All American Games.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual strategic approach for one (or more) multicultural segment and/or brand partnerships
  • “Quarterback” an internal squad of cross-functional experts (Media, Comms, Social, Digital, Consumer Insights, etc.) to deliver against the strategy
  • Cultivate a highly collaborative working environment amongst cross-functional teams and inter-agency teams
  • Integration of an idea across the marketing ecosystem, motivating agencies and partners to consistently bring their best thinking
  • Identify areas to elevate the strategy and source ideas that both build emotional connections and drive restaurant traffic
  • See ideas through with passion from strategy and briefing to content development and the execution of experiences
  • Collaborate with Local Cultural Engagement team to ensure strategic alignment and appropriate updates to relevant stakeholders across the system
  • Keep a pulse on emerging trends and platforms that offer new ways for the brand to maintain a modern, relevant presence in culture.
  • Empower the ongoing measurement and evaluation of engagement efforts to apply findings to future initiatives.
Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal skills, including live feedback discussions
  • Experience working on content development from briefing to execution
  • Experience working in experiential or activations
  • Experience in multicultural marketing and passion for the multicultural consumer
  • Experience on content and experiential on large brand campaigns a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
