Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages supervisory production staff.
- Oversees the day-to-day workflow of production staff.
- Oversees the production process to ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet customer’s needs.
- Ensures appropriate production rate to reduce delivery delays.
- Collaborates with the customer service and sales departments to identify and resolve quality concerns.
- Identifies any bottlenecks or delays in production; ensures necessary labor, materials, and other resources are available to relieve production bottlenecks and delays.
- Uses production planning and scheduling to limit materials shortages.
- Ensures production machinery complies with professional and safety standards.
- Schedules maintenance and repair of machines used in production process to avoid downtime or delays.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field required. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team OR Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field required. With a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing requirements and planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with computerized materials control programs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time.
Compensations Range:
The expected base salary range for this position is between
$141,100.00 - $211,700.00 The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

This compensation and benefits information is based on Lyten’s estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. We generally do not negotiate on salary once we have made an offer. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.
In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)

Lyten was founded on the vision of using advanced technology from the semiconductor industry to produce abundant clean energy in the form of hydrogen. However, we discovered the ability to produce a revolutionary new material: three-dimensional graphene. This new supermaterial boasts remarkable properties and enormous potential for innovative products and significant decarbonization effects.
