Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH Wireless is seeking a Lease Administration Manager for our 5G wireless network deployment program. The Lease Administration Manager will be responsible for managing all lease obligation activities on behalf of DISH.
This role will be on-site in Littleton, CO.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing National Lease Administration Team, fostering a culture of growth and success through hiring top talent, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing development, training, rewards, and recognition
- Drive the achievement of team goals by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to ensure success
- Take charge of researching and resolving payment disputes, employing your analytical skills to find effective solutions and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Manage audit control documents, utilizing your attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of efficient systems, processes, and tools, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure lease documents are administrable and accurate, proactively addressing any necessary adjustments or amendments
- Assist in processing various lease-related agreements, such as Memorandum of Leases, SNDAs, Assignment/Sale documents, Estoppel Certificates, and Consents, demonstrating your ability to handle complex documentation
- Utilize your solid understanding of MLA partner agreements to effectively navigate and negotiate lease terms
- Oversee lease and payment audits, leveraging your analytical and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Review and reconcile millions of dollars in monthly payments, showcasing your financial acumen and attention to detail
- Play a key role in initiating lease commencements and exercising options, contributing to the successful execution of lease agreements
- Drive strategic decision-making by providing accurate and timely critical date reporting for lease/option renewals, terminations, bond renewals, and other key milestones, ensuring proactive and efficient management of lease portfolios
- Utilize your exceptional reporting skills to prepare comprehensive payment reports, enabling effective financial tracking and analysis
- Take charge of audit reporting, demonstrating your meticulous attention to detail and ability to compile and present data to support compliance and operational excellence
- Collaborate closely with utility, property management, accounts payable, legal, accounting, and market teams, fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive optimal Lease Administration and maximize business outcomes
- Work alongside internal and external audit teams, leveraging your expertise to ensure a seamless and successful audit process, while identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
- Become a trusted liaison with stakeholders, proactively communicating process updates, system enhancements, strategic goals, and other relevant information, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment across the organization

Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Lease Administration Manager, you will have:
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 5 years or more of lease management experience, telecom industry experience preferred
- Proven experience with people management, with direct and indirect influence
- Expertise in understanding and interpreting complex lease language
- Proficiency with lease database tools
- Understanding of legal terminology as it pertains to leases and real estate
- Ability to understand, abstract, and communicate lease requirements to stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and research skills required
Salary Range
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
